Coming home from a long day of life to some peace and quiet is a great way to end the day. Sifting through the snail mail to see if anything interesting showed up is another. Every now and then, it does happen. As you sort through your mail, you see a piece that is not addressed to you or even worse, a package that is not addressed to you.
It’s all right to admit that temptation sits in and you wonder what could be in that package, but it’s better to just say no to mis-delivered packages.I found some more information here. Someone else, the person actually addressed on the package is waiting for it to arrive. In some cases, packages are urgent, in others, they are just expected to arrived soon. No matter what the status may be, it’s best to walk to the address addressed on the package and drop it off or call the proper carrier and let them know that they made a mistake. As inconvenient as it may be, it’s just the right thing to do. If it was your package that was mis-delivered to your neighbor, you would want your neighbor to do the same thing for you right?
